Felipe Derflingher Brutalist Iorn Caged Wine Goblets Blue Glass Vintage Set Of 6

These vintage wine glasses are very rare; especially in a complete set of 6. These glasses have no damage other than the typical ware expected for artisan glass made in the 1970s.

The artist is unknown, but I have found other exact wine glasses in other colors of glass and never in more than a set of 2. These wine glasses were most likely hand blown by an artist in Mexico.

The set exhibits characteristics of mid-century brutalism and gothic revival styles with its cast iron base and stem topped by a caged glass bowl. The rich blue glass color is a striking contrast to the rustic metal bodies of these wine glasses.
