Here we have a set of six vintage true, actual water goblets with frosted glass figural male nude stems from Bayel (France) in their Bacchus pattern, dating from the 1960s. This size and shape -- the largest, most popular, and most versatile -- is particularly hard to find in this pattern. Good solid weight to these, and very high quality. These were part of a Chicago Gold Coast estate, where they were well-cared for.

Discontinued style was first produced in the 1960s. Height: 7 3/8; Capacity: 11 oz. Ee photos with rulers for more. Overall condition is excellent, with no chips, cracks, stains, or clouding.

Very clean, bright and shiny glass, with no scratches, rubs or bumps to the frosted stems, which appear nearly perfect. One has surface scratches around most of the edge of its base.

See close-up photo -- which was taken at an angle under direct light for best viewing of the scratches -- in actual real-life the scratches are much harder to see and aren't anywhere near as noticeable as they are in the close-up HD photo. They are still visible, but nowhere near as noticeable. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
