Connaisseur by Theresienthal, Vintage Ultra Fine German Crystal Sherry Glasses

Here is a spotless piece of crystal art in the form of a sherry glass from the Conaissuer line by the legendary Theresienthal of Bavaria. Its flower and bird motif has been finely grey-cut by hand in fact, each glass has been hand gathered, hand blown, hand cut, hand engraved and then finally hand polished! By the artisans of Theresienthal. A company whose history begins with a royal commission and whose pieces have adorned palaces across Europe. It bears a crown as it's makers mark, as shown.

This line was produced from 1910 till it ceased production in 1960. The pieces shown here then fall somewhere into that timeframe. With no wear or sign of aging, a definite date is elusive. Unfortunately, as such, its provenance is unavailable at this time.
